Absolutely. Owl Barn seats up to 25 and works perfectly for boardroom-style strategy sessions, with lodges and shepherd's huts for comfortable overnight stays. Smaller groups get the same privacy and the option of wellness add-ons like sauna, cold water plunge and guided walks.

We host everything from intimate leadership retreats of eight to company events of over 200 guests. For exclusive site hire, we recommend groups of 30 or more to make the most of the venue.

Exclusive hire gives your company the entire 400-acre site: all 30 glamping units, both barns, the grounds, firepits, parking, and complete privacy with no other guests on site. Catering, activities and production are then tailored around your event.

Yes. Our barns are heated and covered, and accommodation units have heating and proper bedding, so off-season retreats work well. Autumn and winter dates often have better availability and suit strategy-focused, firepit-and-workshop style retreats.

Our barns provide covered space for up to 200 people. We can adapt outdoor activities and dining plans at short notice, and many activities work in light rain.

Both barns have professional AV including projectors, screens, and sound systems. We have Starlink high-speed internet across the site for reliable connectivity.

We're fully flexible. You can work with our preferred caterers, bring your own, or arrange food trucks. Options range from elegant plated dinners to festival-style street food.

We work with caterers experienced in all dietary needs including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, and allergen requirements. Just let us know in advance.
