Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about staying with us
Please bring sleeping bags/bedding, pillows, a towel, crockery and cutlery for use inside or outside your accommodation. You can also hire bedding from us.
• A set of double bedding is included for all the Shepherd's Huts and Lodges.
• Bedding/additional bedding is not automatically provided for any other accommodation unless already booked with us.
• Cutlery and crockery are provided for the Lodges and Shepherd's Hut 3.
For those guests who are having bedding from us and are bringing a dog, please do not let your dog on the bedding. If you do you will be liable for any additional cleaning costs or replacement costs if necessary.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the kitchen area.
The closest supermarket is Morrisons in Bridgwater, the closest local shop is Tescos in North Petherton. Both stores have cash machines.
You can bring one well behaved dog if you are staying in the Deluxe Lodge & all Wigwams. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times other than when on a walk.
Each unit has its own fire pit / BBQ, we sell wood and BBQ coal.

There is a two night minimum stay at WEEKENDS. During the week nights throughout the year there is no minimum stay. If you are a large group wanting only one night, please contact us to discuss your booking.
Arrival time is no earlier than 2.30pm and visitors are requested to leave by 10.30am on day of departure.
We do not give refunds. In exceptional circumstances we will try and resale the holiday and refund pro rata. There is an admin charge deducted.
