Discover a world of fun at our family-friendly haven, sandpit where imagination runs wild. The heart of our retreat, the games room, features table tennis and pool tables for spirited matches. Wander into the skittle alley for a classic game, or let the little ones dive into adventure in our playbarn, complete with sit and ride tractors.
We encourage children to bring their bikes, as endless farm tracks await to be explored, weaving through the serene landscape. Our spacious accommodation paddocks offer the perfect canvas for playful ball games and more, creating a vast playground.
Climb the treetops or build rafts across the lake at Black Rock Activity Centre, join Farmer John for a Farm Tour. But most importantly enjoy the produce of our vineyards with an endless supply of exclusive secret valley wine for you to enjoy!Our kitchens provide ample space for use by yourselves or caterers, our Owl Barn can seat up to fifteen people so you can all gather around one table. We can advise you on fantastic local companies suppling anything from Hog Roasts to a three course dinner or great local pubs and restaurants. All you need to do is come up with something to celebrate!

If you are planning a hen do with a difference Secret Valley is a great place to stay. Secret Valley offers you many different types of accommodation to suit everyone.
Accommodation is spaced out into small pockets to create an intimate private feel.
However small or large your party we can offer accommodation tailored to your needs.
A hen do is not a hen do without some activities here at Secret Valley we can offer you the Farm & Vineyard Tour or if you’re looking for something a little more active why not try Black Rock Outdoors Activity Centre which has a whole range of activities that are based on site. Finally, if you are after a pampering session, Tracey and her team can provide you with group massages.

For those wishing to hire a barn for a party, meal , function or an activity organised by yourselves or a third party we have available:
This Barn and Kitchen Hire is for parties that have taken the whole site or a group looking for a large space.
The Big Barn/Play Barn is available for groups over 15 to 150 persons. Usually for events (Wedding Receptions, Corporates and Large Group Gatherings) that require a large indoor space for their own entertainment. It is a wooden cladded barn (Lighting and Electric Sockets) with a large kitchen attached to the barn. Welcome to decorate the barn.

The Owl Barn is a beautiful building. It is attached to the communal kitchen which can be closed off by the door. It is ideal for a group wishing to sit down for a meal or activity.
The barn will seat approximately 20 people depending on the table layout.The barn has good lighting, electric sockets and wifi. You are welcome to decorate the barn with bunting, pictures etc.

Secret Woodland Hire

A very unique space for a day party, meal , function or an activity organised by yourselves or a third party we have the Secret Woodland Hire.
The woodland is in a stunning "secret location" which is both magical and private, exclusive to your party.
From 2021 onwards there will be a marquee available to put all food, drink, tables and chairs in.
This hire is perfect for a group wishing to relax in the afternoon/early evening. This area does not have any electric sockets therefore guaranteeing on natural light (it may get a little darker earlier as it is hidden away beyond a large woodland!).
The cost is £150 for a day.
